HSP Miku!!!! And some actual news~

For the sake of updating Imma post something unrelated to Tofus and mustaches!  As some of you may already know I'm a pretty avid Hatsune Miku fan and my new HSP Miku scale figure just came in the mail today!  I'm obviously super excited about it cause the post office decided not to update the tracking after it got to NYC and I was afraid she was gonna be stuck there for two weeks like my last batch of figures.  Luckily she made it safe and sound to my doorstep and turned out to be way cuter than I was anticipating!  If you're into figure collecting at all or want to get started I'd definitely suggest picking her up!

In actual news, with Animazement coming up in a month's time and Metrocon shortly after we're going to be super busy getting ready for them between now and then.  I've been sequestered to the Tofu Mines, which is filled with long days of grueling works and cute faces.  I might try to take a picture of all these Pokemon Tofus with just their faces on soon cause they really look way too funny without their ears and details X3  For now here's a shot of a bunch of the new mustache Tofus looking super proper on my crafting desk!

Super exciting news!

The Tofustache is proud to announce the engagement of one half of our group!  The lovely Amanda from The Monostash is now officially engaged to her fiance Graham!  They were pretty much already married but now it's going to be official!  Yay!!!  Here's a picture I took of the happy couple + dog!

New Product Preview

Sonoshee Costume Commission

Just wanted to share what I've been working on all week, a costume and wig commission of Sonoshee from the (absolutely fabulous and awesome) movie, Redline.

I'm so happy with how it's coming out (and also happy that I'm almost finished, costume commissions are way too stressful! o___o)

New Printer!

Decided to make a business investment and bought myself a laser printer. Just got it in the mail and the box is TERRIFYINGLY enourmous. I had my boyfriend take a picture but it just doesn't do it justice. Also, my dog Winston is an absolute camera whore. xD

I'm pretty excited about a new printer. My current inkjet is getting worse and worse, but this new printer will be great for helping me with making my jewelry, plus printing for pins, and even making labels for my boyfriend's homebrewed beer and cider. :D

Back from Knightrokon~

Got back from Knightrokon last night (which was awesome, since I literally live less than 5 minutes from it, so we didn't have to go far). It was a LOT of fun, and we got to meet some really nice new people (and see awesome people we've met before again!). We were kept super busy the whole time, and I need to make sure to spend a good amount of time stocking up again before Khaotic Kon. I'm now completely out of first aid kits, which I'll be redoing by getting fabric professionally printed (couldn't do this all week because my computer has been out of commission D:), and only have one Aperture Science case left, so I'll need to somehow set aside some time from making a bajillion hoodie orders to restock. xD

New products will be coming to the shop soon. After the con last night, I made a bunch of buttons with our professional button maker so that I can now sell some of my designs in the shop: Mass Effect and Skyrim:

I will be taking some time soon to get some pictures taken with them, so they'll be up in My Shop soon enough. Also to come soon are shark hats and cowls, Mass Effect earrings, and deluxe My Little Pony lanyards!

Tofu Hair Clips!

Made some new Tofu hair clips and they turned out looking SUPER CUTE!  I've been thinking of a way to make a Tofu that sits on your head for a while but I got stuck trying to figure out how to do it with a headband (which was just way more trouble than it was worth).  Luckily it finally clicked that I could use a hair clip attached to their butts to make it work!  I'm really excited to make more of these for Khaoticon in April but I will have a few available at Knightrokon tomorrow~
